Kohler K Series Engine Copression?
I have 2 8hp (k181) 2 12hp (k301) and a 16hp (k341) and I was wondering what the compression of these engines should be, I know it might be hard to get an accurate reading being that these engines have ACR. But I have gotten readings anywhere from 50psi to 80psi.

Those 5 babies belong in a museum! If you can get the Rpm’s over 600, the internal tabs will move out of the way and you will get a true reading. 90psi-110psi is optimal, but the engine will run with as low as70psi.
